We strive to provide you with the best possible patient experience. We know how hectic life can be and are committed to making our practice convenient and accessible. Appointment availability varies by the physician, but we generally try to schedule appointments within a two week timeframe. Our experienced staff will help identify your specific needs and find the earliest available and convenient appointment for you. Every effort will be made to honor your appointment time because we firmly believe in the value of your time.
If it has been a while since your last eye exam, it may be time for one. We also invite you to call our offices at any time to ask any questions or schedule an appointment.
Should you need to reschedule your appointment, we would ask for 24 hours notice.
Emergency Care
During business hours, patients should call any of our office locations to consult with a staff member. After business hours, you will reach a 24-hour on-call service that will route your call to our physicians’ on-call. Please note, any patient with a medical emergency is advised to dial 911 or, if appropriate, go to the nearest hospital emergency room to receive emergency medical care.
About Your First Visit
You can even save some time at your first visit by printing out and completing the patient forms in advance of your appointment. Please arrive at the office a few minutes early so that our staff can meet you and properly gather all necessary information.
